Data Governance Maturity Assessment
A structured assessment of fifteen governance domains. Every score comes from an answered ladder rung, every recommendation names the answer that generated it, and nothing is inferred from what was not asked.
Your answers stay in this browser while you work. Two things can leave it, both by your choice. Saving a draft stores your answers on Logical Leap servers so you can continue later; the draft is deleted when you finish, or 48 hours after you started, whichever comes first. Saving a report stores the finished report, including your scores, findings and the answers each finding cites; your full answer set is not stored with it. You can hold one draft and up to three saved reports, and delete either at any time.
How the assessment runs

Organization profile, policy context and the calibration pairs that set where each ladder starts.
Ladder assessment
Fifteen domain ladders, five levels each, administered as an adaptive window rather than a fixed questionnaire.
Evidence and cost
Regulatory obligations, control evidence and the cost inputs behind the value at risk. Nothing is estimated.
Executive report
Findings, gap register, routed tracks, client requirements and success criteria, each traced back to the answer that produced it.

Each domain is scored on a five level ladder. A level only scores to the extent that the level beneath it has been attained.
